Price, 60s per acre. 45s per acre of the purchase money can remain on mortgage for S years and upwards if desired, at 7 per cent., and further, in order to meet the views of settlers who desire t* use all their capital ia improviag their purchase, the Corporation will refund the 15s per acre iti the shape of a further advance on mortgage at 7 per cent, when the pur. chaser has completed improvements on tbe land to that value, without further expense for deeds, <tc. This to the bona fide settler who necessarily improves his land is equivalent to allowing the whole of the purchase meney to remain on mortgage at 7 per cent., or arrangements can be made with the agent by which improvements to be effected within on* year caa stand in the place of the 25 per cent, deposit (timber sections excepted). The purchaser can also have the privilege of paying off at any time the whole or part of the purchase money, such part to be not less than £50, with a proportionate reduction ia interest.
