PKOZEN MEAT TRADE.
The N.Z L. and M. C. report under date July 16fch :— There is na quotable change to report ia the price realised m the Lendon market during the month under review. From cable advices we learn that New Zealand mutton is selling at s£d to s|d, New Zealand lambs at 7fd to Bd. Wellington. — The sailings since last report have been s.b. lonic on the 4th imt., and the s.s. Aorangionthe 6th ins*. The former took on board at ti-.i< port 905 carcases mutton, 654 pieces beef, 141 hind-quarters mutton, 1,073 leg* mutton ; nnd the latter 2,697 carcases mutton. Cargo is now being prepared for the s.u. jiimutaka. Napier. — Since last advieo the following shipment has been made from this port per s.s. lonic :— 3,545 carcases, 207 legs mutton. 145 quarters beef, 5 cases kidneys, and 4 cases tongues.
