Extraordinary Divorce Case
(PBB ITinTBP PEBBB ASSOCIATION). Wblujtotok, July 22. In the Dirorce Court this afternaon a decree nisi was granted in the case of Grey t. Grey (heard in camera), the wife being the petitieaer. His Honer stated that the case was the most extraordinary one ever heard- in a Dirorce Court. Bespondent was the lather of five living children, and, for.- anything to the contrary, he might have children again. Nevertheless, he had, in this ease, confessed himself incapable, quoad Kane. To proceed upon sack confession was, no doubt, a dangerous one, bat in the present instance he (Justice Richmond) was satisfied that th© confession was genuine, and that there had been no collision between parties. He was satisfied that the suit vrau a bona fide one. After the evidence adduced, he considered it would be a mockery that thej should cohabit. 1 —>—■—— —
