To the owner or occupied of section No. 20 in the Wanganui Harbor Block. m AXE notice that I desire to erect JL 22 chains of a boundary or dividing fence between sections No. 19 and 30 of the said Wanganui Harbor Board Block, to be made immediately on or before Wednesday, the fifth day of August, 1885, such fence to be a sub- j stantial wire fence, having not less than seven wires, the top wire to be , barbed, tightly stretched with, posts of heart of totara, well and substantially | erected, the posts to be not more than 9 feet apart, top wire not to be less than 4 feet from the surface of the ground, and the wires to be not lighter than No. Bin iron, or in No. 12 in steel.
