[skitters telegram's. 1 London, July 15. To-day's market was quiet. For the next series of colonial wool aucti >ns> 220,000 bales have alroady arrived. The New Zealand Shipping Company's Tongariro, from Wellington (June 7th), arrived at Plymouth last night. Her frosen meat cargo is reported o be in good condition. A meeting of the Federation League was held at Liverpool to-day. Resolutions were passed affirming that the federation ef the Empire is essential, but deprecating any attempt to interfere with the rights of the local Parliaments. The Union Bank of Australia has declared a dividend for the past half-year at the rate of 16 per cent, per annum, and carries forward and places to the Reserve Fund £36.000. The 'limes states that New South Wales will have little difficulty in obtaining the New loan, despite the protest of the oity brokers. The plseing oa the market of the New South Wales loan has been delayed, pending the fixing ot the minimum. Roue, July 16. The Most Rev. Dr Moran, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Sydney, arrived here to-day.
