Mr Newland; Commissioner of Crown Lands, Mr Howe; Minister of Publio Works, Mr Darling ; Minister of Education, Mr Ceckbnrn. Received June 16, 1 p.m. Stdnev, June 16. It has been arranged that tho landing and formal reception of the contingent shall take place ea Tuesday the 23rd inst., and not on Monday as first pro. posed. The steamer Cahor still remains fast on Kvan's rocks and her breaking up is expected any time should heavy weather come up.
