Oatmeal has usual business at Ll2 10s to Ll2 15s Flour is in supply, but prises are now the lowest possible to clear cunt — L 8 10s to L 9. Milling wheat, no demand; fowls' do, in good supply (there being iaige quantities of damaged grain in Cauterlmry), 2s 5d to 2s lOd ; feed barlej, 2s 3d ; maize, 4« 9d ; beans, 3s 9d ; pease, 3s 3d , peari barley, L2O. P«llard and bran are in unusually heavy winter demand, arid supplies limited. Prims onions are scarce at L 7 10s. B-'Con and hams, new cur*, have declined Jd per lb; general demand for Christchurch cure at 9£d. Cheese, 4fd ; salt but.er, B£J to 9d ; honey, sd ; eggs, scarce at 2s 6d per doz ; turkeys, inquired for at 12s per pair ; geese, 6s 6d ; ducks, 4s ; fowls, 3s 6d. The fruit trade has been affected by the inclement weather, and prices are very low.
