Eyan is working manager oi the Wellington Meat Preserving Company, and Mrs Ryan is a person of considerable means. The suit will bo a cross one, as each party will apply for a separation, the grounds being cruelty. The action will determine the custody of the children of the marriage. In the second case the petitioner is a carpenter in the Government railway workshops at Petone. The co-respondent is a railway guard, who at present, it is well-knownj is'residing with the co-respondent at Waitara.
