The Captain of the barque Kassa which arrived to-day, reports that on | April 29th she spoke the brigantinv Nightingale which was waterlogged, the crew reported that the captain and officers had abandoned th* vessel five days before, they said they required no assistance, but wanted to know their position, which captain Miles gave them, they wore then about 100 miles east south east of Newcastle. Ue adds they did not appear m a destitute condition.
