[BEUTEBS TKLEOBA.MB.I London, May 19, It is announced that the second reading of the Federation Enabling Bill will net be moved in the House of Commons until after the Wkitsnntide recess. May 10. The report of the Anglo-German Commission appointed to establish English and German claims ia the Western Pacific, has been submitted to and confirmed by the Governments concerned. It recommends that Germany and England shall mutually protect each other's subjects ib the various islands of the western Pacific, and it condemns the imposition of differential Customs dues, also the sale of Bmall arms and alcohol to the natives. The report further contains a re-assertion of the neutrality of the New Hebrides, the Friendly and the Navigator Islands. Neither power is to interfere with the independence of Samoa. It is expected that the Hon. Alexander Stuart, Premier of Now South Wales ; the Hoi. W. B. Dalley. Attorney-Gene-ral of New South Wales, and the Hon. Edmund Barton, Speaker of the Legisiatire Ansembly of the same colony, will be created K.C.M.G.'s, sad that Colonel J. S. Richardson, commanding the New South Wales Contingent, will be made a Commander of the Bath. Lord Carington leaves for Sydney by the P. and O. steamer Carthage. Pabis, May 19. Victor Huge, the well-known poet, is reported to be in a dying condition. Received May 21, 1 a.m. London, May 20. Australian mails dated Melbourne April 9th, per Peninsular and Oriental Company's B.MS. Pekin, were delivered here to-day, via Brindisi. Bbblin, May 20. Emperor William is suffering from a severe cold. His Majesty's condition is causiag great lneasiness at Court.
