Napier.— Considerable numbers have been offered during the month; price* renlised, however, show a alight decline on previous quotations. Gha-s Seeds. Chrintchurch-^JRyearass.— Thedemand has slackened off co*_-»iderably, and the Volume ef business has not been large. Machine-dressed haa been neglected, but farmers' lots have had fair business at 2»6d to Sa; . Cocksfoot. -A large business has transpired in this seed for local and coastwise trade ; wc hare not heard of any purchase on Englisb accomit, although some lines have been **hipp«-d on consignment. Prime bright seed touched 3f d per lb early in the.-nonth, but3£d is now full value. Supplies of this quality are not large, and we do not look for lower prices. Diecloured seed it almost a glut in the mar- . ket ; nevertheless some heaivy sales have been made at 2_d to 3d, and at the moment prices are dropping.
