A substantial wire fence, having not less than seven wires, tightly stretched (one of which shall be of barbed wire), with posts of totara wood, well and substantially erected, the posts not to be more than 9 feet apart, top wire not to be less than 4 feet from the surface of the ground, and the wires to be not lighter than No, Bin iron or No. 12 in steel.
