(** AXE Notice that I desire a boundary or dividing fence between section 179 and section 181 in the said Kiwitea Block, to be made immediately on or before the 30th day of April, 1885. and that such fence shall be a stab fence of sound -timber, not less than four feet six inches above the ground, nor more than five inches apart. TAKE Notice that I desire a boundary or dividing fence between sections No. 2 and No. 3 on the said block, to be made immediately on or before the seventh day of March, 1885. A substantial wire fence, having not less than seven wires, tightly stretched (one of which shall be ; of. barbed wire), with posts of totara wood, well and substantially erected, the posts not to be more than 9 feet apart, top wire not to be less than 4 feet from the surface of the ground, and the wires to be not lighter than No, Bin iron or No. 12 in steel.
