Entries for the Maiden Plate and acceptances for the Handicaps will close at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 25th. Handicaps will be published on or before March 16th. RULES. All entries must specify name, age, performances, name of owner, and colors of the rider. Entries will be received only upon this condition— that the decision of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, shall in all cases be final. All races will be run under the W.J.C.
