The Ranger a .«. — _ TO THB EDITOR OF THB STAB. Sir, — I beg to caU attention to the fact that notwithstanding we have a so-called Ranger, I yesterday saw J grazing on our streets seven cows in one batch, a horse tethered, two cows together on one ' street, and two on another. I called the attention of the "Ranger" to the circumst mces, and he said " Who are you ?" and walked off, taking no notice.— -I am, &c., A Ratepayer.
