Entries for the Maiden Plate and acceptances for the Handicaps -will close at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 25th. Handicaps will be published on or before March 16th. RULES. All entries must specify name, age, performances, name of owner, and j colors of the rider. Entries will be received only upon ; this condition — that the decision of the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, shall in all cases be final. •All races will be run under the W.J.C.
