The secretary then read a state* ry ( ment of rceeipts and expenditure for '" the past year . , : - -<t T He then stated that Mr Seaton ' •having left the district, Mr C. • IBrayyj junior, had been engaged to examine,,, t the accounts, but had not yet certified to them, and it remained for the club to elect an auditor.* ; ... . .
