We linre tlie pleasure of reporting a Very success. ful sale «t Sans.. a yesterday, but owing to i hi* entries uo having been sent to us fur more cattle and sheep were yarded than advertised, which is a great oversight on the p irt of tlie vendors. We fcold nearly all the cuttle and most of the sheep, and had the stock been fully adrcrtised there is but little doubt the sheep would have found ready sale. The following were the prices realized: 2£jear steers, L3 19s; 18-monihs steers, L2 to 12 Is ; yearling steers, 38s ; mixed yearlings, 25s to 30s; forward heifers, J 2 15» to L3 Is ; forward cows, L3 17s 6<l ; f*t »lieept chiefly wethers. 9s; mixed ■beep. 4a to 4s lOd ; lambs, os 6d.
