A large number of persons attended this church last evening to hear the various reports and take part in the proceedings. The minister read the Kirk sessions report which spoke strongly of the harmony, good will, and social feeling which prevails among his congregation. The superintendent and secretary, Messrs Webster and Boal read the sabbath school report which shows that the members attending the school have increased by one hundred per cent, during ihe year. The secretary made the financial report which showed a satisfactory credit balance both to building and general funds and spoke hopefully of proceeding with the building of a a manse before a year elapsed. The report will 1 c published in our next issue. Messrs Eade, Nillson, Ruff, and Boal were elected to fill the vacancy caused by the retirement of a similar number of members of committee. An evangelistic meeting was held at the close of the general meeting.
