Stocktaking sale is now on at the Cash Exchange.— Amrr. Stevens and Gorton will hold their annual horse fair on the 9th inst. The Palmerston Friendly Societies Sports will be held on the 22nd inst. Mr Newman announces that he has to hand a large assortment of fireworks. An announcement from H. Collier and Co, of the Music Warehouse, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, appears elsewhere.
