Mr and Mrs Etheridge were driving to Kois, and when about two miles from Ogilne's one of the bolts came out, and the horse took fright and htarted, throwing Mr Etheridge first out of the buggy, and * subsequently ejecting Mrs Etheridge on to the road, fracturing her leg in two places, and bruising Mr Etheridge severely.
