GREAT LOSS OF LIFE.

(EEUTEBS TELEGBAM9.) Madbid, December 27. An earthquake of a serious character has been experienced in Andalusia. The shock was felt over the greater part of the province, and caused immense damage to several towns, and death to a number of people, besides serious injuries to many others. A shock of earthquake has also been felt here, but it was slight, and caused but little damage* December 28. Later intelligence from the province of Andalusia shows the loss of life by the earthquake to have been very heavy. A hundred and fifty persons were killed at Albriqueroa, and forty at Arenas del Rey.
