Overcrowding in the Napier Schools
« [PEB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] N api kb. This Day. At the meeting of tho Education Board yesterday the inspector stated that half the school.** in the district were disgracefully overcrowded. In a recent tour he found children sitting on the floors or nnywhere where they could get room. The slate of things prevailed ih at least 14 schools. In one built for 40 children 120 were pre»mt. The board could do nothing, having no funds.
