The second hearing ot the criminal libel actiom brought by Sir Henry Parkes against William Webb, Publisher of the Campbelltown Herald, was concluded today. The jury were again unable to agree upon a verdiet. Received December 16, 1.30 a.m. Adelaidk, This Day. The Englishmen in their first innings made 369. The Australians then went in for their second innings, and at the close of the day's play had lost four wickets for 152 runs.
