No fresh cases of small-pox have occurred in this city, but there have been further developments among the persons in quarantine. Doctor Donovan has b<»en convicted of a breach of the Health Act' for neglecting j to give notice of cases of smallpox winch were under his care, and a fine of LSO inflicted.
