They are to be gazetted in a few days. Tho votes of policy-holders are to ne taken by means ***-»- of voting papers which wili be supplied by Government. It is more than probable . that the nomination day will be fixed for a date prior to the 20th of December, and in order t® avoid having the election on during the Christmas week they will take place during the first week in Jauuar _'-
