Waring Taylor was brought up at the Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday ca various charges of misappropriating moneys belonging to ihe May estate ' The case for the prosecution was opener? by Mr Jellicoe. an English barrister who, in the coarse of his remarks, stated that when evidence was taken it would be seen that the prisons r was one of the most skilful thieves of the present age. After several witnesses were examined the charges were adjourned until Saturday morning.
