Any person of eighteen years of ago and upwards may bocomo o lessoe. If all the conditions cf improvements are fulfilled within six yours, the freehold can be acquired on payment of a price fixed at the time the lease was granted, if the payment is made within eleven years of the commencement of tho lease. The sections are fronting or adiacent to the main road from Masterton to Woodville, and aro opened up hy branch roads. The land, which is heavily bushed, is of firat class quality. The conditions of the leases make it impossible for mere land speculators to take it up. We confidently recommend the careful perusal ■of the advertisement to young men desirous of making a home for themsolves. Such an opportunity has never before been offered in the history of the colony.
