Pabis, November 4. The outbreak of cholera at Nantes is assuming serious dimensions, and despite the precautions which have been taken by the authorities the disease continues to spread rapidly. The House of Commons has passed a" resolution giving precedence to tho conaideration of the Franchise Bill during the current month. New Yobk, November 6. Tho contest for tho Presidency between Blame and General Cleveland is proving to be very close, and the result is considered very uncertain. Serious rioting lias occurred in Cincinnati over the election, and several persons were killed and wounded.
