(reuter's TELEGHAMS.) Cairo, November 30. A telegram has been received from Sir C. W. Wilson, head of the intelligence department attached to Lord Wolseley's mtaS, stating that he has received a report which he helieves to be true to the effect that the Mahdi's followers attacked General Gordon opposite Khartoum and were repulsed with heavy loss.
