[bkuteb's telegbams.J Adelaide, November 3. Arrivod, this morning, the Messageries Maritime Company's steamship Sydney, from Marseilles, September 24. Sydney, November 1. The Bank of Now South Wales declared a dividend for the past half year at the rate of 15 percent per annum with a bonus of 2\ per cent., and carries £10,000 to the reserve. The New South Wales Parliament, which has been in session for over twelve months, was prorogued to-day by His Excellency the Governor. November 3. A bad case of small-pox has appeared in Woolloomooloo, in this city and a number of houses and persons have in consequence been quarantined. Received November 4, 1 p.m. Sydney, Tuesday. Mr Parker has resigned his seat m Parliament, and retired from political life, as ho is| dissatisfied with reoent parliamentary proceedings. Melbourne, This Day. The weather this morning was brilliant.
