Soudan Affairs
[beuteb's teleobams.] Received October 21, 1.5 a.m. London, October 20. It is currently statod here that the British expedition in Soudan will advance towards Khartoum early in November, by which time it is believed all preparations will have been mado, and the Nile will be in a favorable condition for the passage of tho troops by boat. j
