[BEIT-HE'S TELEGBAMB.] Caibo, Sept. 27. The arrangements for despatching the British Expedition to Soudan are rapidly approaching completion ahd General Lord Wolseley who has been personally super* intending the preparations, has started for the Nubian frontier. Thirty boats which had been equipped for the transport of troops up the Nile have arrived at Assouan.
