Death must have been instantaneous, as the n*ckJwiß-brokeßrtbe skull fractured, and a- bcn>.pf,thelog,broken in two places. An inquest; was held when, a verdict, of accidental death was returned. Dwan is still suffering at the hospital froiu his injuries.
