Mr Service has re-addressed the Premiers of the various colonies, urging that the question of annexation should be poshed forward, and that, if necessary, Mr Gladstone should be addressed on the subject. Received Sept. 20. 0.10 a.m. Melboubne, Sept. 19. Mr Service has received a reply from the Premier of New Zealand to telegrams regarding the question of annexation. In his reply Mr Stout declares his entiie concurrence in the desire to accelerate the action of the Imperial Government in this matter.
