Produce. — The market has been very quiet daring the week and prices remain unaltered. Tuscan, 3s sd ; Pearl, 3s 4d ; Hunter's, 3s 3d ; slightly damp seconds, 2s 3d to 2s 6d, f.o.b. at Lyttelton. Flour L8 10s to L9 per ton ; oatmeal, Lll per ton. Oats, at 2s 4d for milling, and 2s 3d for feed samples. For barley, 3s 9d to 4s. Cheese is quoted at 4§ to s|d per lb ; butter (salt) business dormant, 8d to 9d perlb. Hams and bacon, 8d to 9d per lb. Rye-grass seed, 3s 6d to 3s 9d pei bushel ; cocksfoots is firmly held at 4d to 4§d per lb. Potatoes, owing to a a drop in Sydney market, are dull at 37s 6d to 40s per ton at country stations.
Live Stock. — Beef is quoted at 18s to 20s per lOOlbs ; mutton, 2fd to 3d per lb. Bacon pigs at 45 sto 925 ; porkers, 26s to 395.
