NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Manchester Road Board on the sixth day of September, 1884, to make a rate of three farthings in the pound on the rateable value of all properties within the Manchester Road District for the year ending March 31st, 1885, such rate to become payable on and after the sixth day of September, 1884, in one sum.
