Graham, Esq., J.P., Official Assignee, to sell by public auction as above, without the slightest reserve, amongst other the undermentioned properties and securities— Lot 5. The Interest in an Agreement for Bale between W. Waring Taylor and William Frecklington, by which the latter covenants to pay £200 on the Ist April, with interest in the meantime at 8 per cent., payable half yearly. Such £200 being the balance of purchase money due on the sale of 50 acres of section 201, Carnarvon, to the said William Frecklington. > Lot~6. Part of section No. 201, Carnarvon, containing 77 acres, 1 rood, and 6 perches, and being the whole of the section, less the 50 acres sold to William Frecklington as per Lot 5. This section has a frontage to the main road, and is admittedly one of the finest agricultural sections in the district. It will make a capital farm. Lot 7. The Interest in a Mortgage for £800 bearing interest at 9 per cent., and given by J. P. Aldridge to W. Waring Taylor, over all that valuable Leasehold Property, being part of section No. 860 on the plan of the Town of Wanganui, having a frontage to Victoria Avenue of 81 feet I and to Guyton street of 66 feet, together with the shop and other buildings erected thereon, and held under lease expiring December 16th, 1910.
