The Interest in an Agreement for Bale between W. Waring Taylor and William Frecklington, by which the latter covenants to pay £200 on the Ist April, with interest in the meantime at 8 per cent., payable half yearly. Such £200 being the balance of purchase money due on the sale of 50 acres of section 201, Carnarvon, to the said William Frecklington. > Lot~6.
