Regret is expressed -^hai Zululand, outside of the reserve territory, is now in a disturbed state. Allusion is made to the improvement which is manifest in Ireland, and to the prospects of an abundant harvest throughout the Kingdom. The speech annpuncea that Parliament will be called together again in the autumn, and concludes by saying that the prevailing loyalty to the Throne and the respect shown to la-w inspire the belief that the national aim is to pursue a course of order an J moderation, and there is every appearance of a settlement which will prove conducive to the happiness and liberties of the people and the strength of the Empire.
