Richardson, Public Works ; Mr M"n(s?omery' Colonial Secretary and Education ; Mr Maciindrew, Lands and Mines; M r Ballance, Native and Defence; | Sir G. Whitmore, without portfolio. j There is yet one seat to. be filled. It will probably Vie reserved for an Auckland member. It is understood that Mr Richardson will retire from the J nrfd take the presidentship of the Middle Island Railway Board, which the Government propose to establish. To-day. - Major Atkinson will move the adjournment of the House to-day until Tuesday. It is considered probable that the new Ministry will not be sworn in until after the meeting of Parliament to-day-
