Wellington, August 8. Major Atkinson announced that the Government had tendered their resignation, and that His Excellency did not ask any advice as to who should be sent for, and consequently no advice was given. He moved the adjournment of the House till Thursday next, at 2 o'clock, which was agreed to. Later. % The Governor summoned Mr Ormond, but the latter recommended Sir Julius Yogel to be sent for. [The above was issued as an " extra" from this office yesterday afternoon.]
