Being 87 behiud their opponents the Australians again went to the wickets, but only scored 144, Five wickets fell to Barnes for a total of 7 runs. The highest scorers were' Murdoch, b, 37 ; Bonnor, c, 42 ; and Midwinter, c, 27. The fielding of the home.team was rather weak.
