Received July 24, noon. London, July 23. At Ihe cricke match to-day the Aus tralinns were all disposed of in the seond innings for 145, anl the Englishmen thus won the match in one innings, with five I runs to spare. It has transpired that th« Egyptian Conference will meet to morrow and then it is expected fo disperse. Any Agreement between the French aud English delegates is hopeless, and the conference will consequently prove futile. A report of the Panama Canal Company which has been issiie 1 states that the construction will be completed in 1888. Meiboubne, This Day. Caima has been scratched for the Cup Arrived, this morning, Bingarooma from the Bluff. Another case of ra tola is reported and the patient is said to be in a critical state. __________
