Sia,— As there is a lot of talk in _j*eild« at the present time, abjut the larrikins, I would like to point out that the parent! have a great deal to answer for. It ia a disgrace to onr town to see children oi tender years mixed up with tho grown up rowdy element, till all hours of the night. Parents should also keep their children mora inder control, and insist on more obedience at home, while they endeavour to* — nako home attractive so that there will '*' mno desire to get out to skylark.
