Manchester Road Board

An meeting of tha Board was ' held at its office in Manchester street on Saturday last. Present — Messrs Mac- ■ arthuV Lethbridge, Linton, Bailey, aod Jones. Stoney Creek, . asking permission to feil a read line. Resolved, That tbe Beard having no fund* available at present, gives the Halcombe Town Board permission to use the old timber from the Rangatawa bridge for the purpose of building a footbridge in Pearce street. Rd'olved, That Mr Henaghan be informed that his request to be permitted to form a road live is granted on the usual terms. Accounts amounting to £785 10s 5d were passed for payment.
