I WELLINGTON MARKETS.
Wellington, June 13. George Thomas reports produce prices as follows:— "For all descriptions of grain, business haa been rather qniet, and various auctions advertised nave only resulted in a few sales of small parcels, the larger lines having been withdrawn. Oats are unchanged, ruling from 2s 4d to 2s 7d ; maize is in light supply and demand at 4s 9d ; bran, enquired for and easily disposed of, L 4 10s ; pollard, L 5 to L 5 10s ; chafE, L 3 ISs to L 4 10s. Flour, importations are heavy, and present prices show signs of a slight decline ; I quote for sacks, LlO to LlO 10s; Adelaide, Ll4. Oatmeal, steady at Ll2 -ss; whole fowls' wheat abundant and ruling from 2s 9d to 3s 3d ; barley, 2s 6d to 2s 9d ; potatoes, 55s to 60s, racks extra ; onions, from L 5 to L 6 10s ; cheese is unaltered at sd ; hams and bacon, lOd and 9d, respectively for Canterbury cure;' salt' butter, without enquiry ; good fresh do, lld to ls
