Business Notices IMPORTANT LAND SALE. TENDERS are invited for the Purchase of the following Sections, fronting or adjacent to the Pohangina road, near Ashurst. Numerous applications have been made for their ' purchase, but until the expiry of J Messrs Warne and Beard's lease they could not be dealt with. In order to give all applicants, previous and otherwise, fair play, this notice is now given. 25 per cent, of the purchase money to bo paid in cash, the remainder can remain on mortgage for 5 years at 7 per cent, if desired, A tender for metalling one hundred chains of the Pohangina Road, from the end of the present metal, has been accepted by the Oroua County Council, which will cover the frontage of nearly all the sections. Tenders to be sent in adressed to the Agent E. and C. Aid Corporation, Feilding, on or before the Ist May, 1884. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
