A The weather waa showery throughout tbe day and tbe ground heavy owing to the recent nuns. The Ideal men were unable to oppose the visitor* with any success, and the latter scored 11 points to their opponents' oil. Tholßxit goal was kicked by Dumbell within twelve minutes from the commencement of tbe game. Tbe playot tije New Zealanders was very fast -nad thar style much admired. . jfclUtfitfent-j thoy were entertained at a i \opqaat by tbe local clubs.
