A. letter was received from Mrs M, Crawford, reTransfer of her property ai ,c t Halcombe to' Mr Cuff . ,v . r .jiesolyed, That the Engineer get Mi '- .-. .Me? 'rea's road laid off. . .Accounts amounting to £570 Is 9d were pawed for payment. ..It was resolved, That a circular be vent to all -the defaulting ratepayers o! the special rate, giving them a month's notice .previous to taking steps to recover said rate. „ : A letter from Mr Perkins, solicitor, re the matter of Adsett v the Board was lead, and the Board went into committee on the subject; after which it adjourned.
