(PKK UNITED PBKSS A^SOCIATIOH.) Wellington. This Day. An. extraordinary bequest has been made by an old Wellington resident, recently deceased. In the early days of the settlement lie experienced some kindness at the hands of Sir William Fitzherbert, and in recognition of this he, bring a member of the Roman Catholic Church, has beg .e-.h d a sum of L 25 to Bishop liedwoud to be expended on niassi-d for the repose of ir William iilzherbert's soul when the Hon. the Speaker of the Legislative Council should die.
